Is the 7-day guarantee real? What's the catch?
It's real. It applies to The Money Site (Standard, $999) hosted through me on your domain. If it isn't live by day 7 after I have your content and approvals, you don't pay. The only thing that pauses the clock is waiting on you. Custom apps, stores, and custom CRMs are bigger builds and run on their own timeline.
What do the monthly fees actually cover?
The Money Site includes 6 months of hosting free, then $99/mo for hosting, maintenance, uptime, and small updates. The Business Machine includes 6 months free, then $300/mo because I'm also maintaining your custom app or CRM and the AI chatbot. The Full Keys has no monthly at all — you host it yourself.
How does payment work?
Two ways. Default is invoice: 50% to start, 50% on launch day. Or if you'd rather knock it out in one shot, I'll send a secure Stripe payment link and you pay the full amount by card. Both give you a receipt and a paper trail. I never take payment through Cash App, Zelle, or crypto.
Who actually builds the site?
I do. Cole Provenzano, personally. No offshore team, no white-label agency behind the curtain. You get my direct email and phone, and daily video updates while your site is being built.
Do I own the site and the domain?
Your domain is always in your name. On The Money Site and The Business Machine I host and maintain the build for you. On The Full Keys ($4,999) and The Blank Check you get full ownership of the project and can host it anywhere — no hostage situation either way.
What if I don't like the design?
Two rounds of revisions are included, and you see progress every single day, so nothing is a surprise at the end. If the first direction misses, I redraw it.
What happens after launch?
30 days of post-launch support is included — bug fixes, small copy changes, and help with anything that breaks. After that you can handle it yourself or keep me on for ongoing updates.
